Which Pest Control Plan Fits Your Home?
Utah pests run on a calendar: ants and spiders in spring, wasps in summer, and spiders, boxelder bugs and elm seed bugs pushing indoors in fall. Mice follow when the weather turns cold. Our two plans are built around that calendar. Pick the one that fits your home.
Choose the Quarterly Plan if:
- You’ve seen mice, droppings or chewed items in the last year
- You live near water, fields, canals or the foothills
- You have bird feeders, keep chickens or pets, or store feed outside
- You have a busy garage or a lot of storage
- You want insects and rodents covered under one guarantee
Choose the Triennial Plan if:
- Bugs are the problem and you haven’t had rodents
- You want solid protection during the seasons pests are active, with one simple up-front payment
Not sure? Call or text (801) 968-3370. A licensed technician answers the phone and can tell you in a couple of minutes.

Triennial Plan: 3 Visits a Year
Three full insect treatments a year, timed to when Utah pests are most active:
- Spring: ants, spiders and early-season insects as they wake up
- Summer: peak ant and wasp season
- Fall: spiders, boxelder bugs, elm seed bugs and earwigs looking for a way inside
Each visit treats the interior perimeter and the exterior foundation of your home. Appointments are scheduled with you; we never show up unannounced.
Simple, pre-paid: you pay for all three visits at your first service, and that’s it. No monthly bills, no auto-renewal, and we never charge your card automatically.
Guarantee: if insects come back between visits, any time of year, we come back at no charge.
“Triennial” means three visits a year (about every four months), not once every three years.
